The project comprises enterprise development and skills for employability, access to finance, skills development, infrastructure enhancement and digital connectivity, and institutional capacity building, strengthening and enabling the environment. These includes investments in the rehabilitation and modernization of of up to eleven (11) existing vocational education and training (TVET) centers, universities and incubators, transforming them into Centers of Excellence and cutting-edge digital innovation hubs.
