We at Aqua for All are seeking an individual consultant or a team of consultants to develop an evidence-based methodology and practical tool that links water and sanitation enterprise outputs to health outcomes. The tool will be designed for broader application, with particular relevance to Social Impact Incentives (SIINC) and other outcome-based finance mechanisms.
The assignment will include:
✅ Review of existing evidence linking water and sanitation outputs and health outcomes
✅ Development of a water and sanitation-health impact estimation methodology
✅ Guidance on assessing the additional health impact generated through outcome-based finance
✅ Development and testing of a practical calculation tool
✅ Validation with sector experts and practitioners
We are particularly interested in teams combining expertise in:
✅Water and sanitation, and health
✅Impact measurement and evaluation
✅Quantitative modelling and tool development
✅Results-based financing, SIINC or other outcome-based financing mechanisms.
