The study will:* Assess the current state of private sector participation in the IWT sector.* Identify commercially viable private investment opportunities.* Analyze barriers and constraints affecting private investment.* Review international good practices and lessons learned.* Recommend policy; regulatory; and institutional reforms.* Assess government support mechanisms required to improve project bankability.* Develop an IWT Private Investment Opportunity Matrix.* Prepare a prioritized Private Sector Participation Roadmap.
