Job Title: Programme Coordinator
Department: Developmental Programmes
Reporting Line: Programme Manager
Position Location: Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar
Nature of Contract: Full time
Period of Consultancy: 1 year plus extension up to three years

Scope of work and deliverables:
• Support the Programme Manager in ensuring the smooth, effective, and timely implementation of projects focused on environmental sustainability.
• Provide guidance and field-level support to community mobilisers to facilitate effective community engagement and project implementation.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor and support project activities, identify implementation challenges, and prepare periodic progress reports as required.
• Support the development and strengthening of partnerships with public and private sector agencies, while identifying new opportunities and avenues for collaboration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with target communities, government authorities, NGOs, community-based organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Develop Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials and support documentation for training, knowledge sharing, wider dissemination, and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare Project data MIS.
SPECIFICATIONS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS)
Education: Post Graduation in Development Studies | B.Sc. / M.Sc. Environment Sciences | Environment Sustainability, Water Policy | B.E. Civil would be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience
Technical Skills: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Additional: Should be proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi.
