The Government of the Republic of Zambia through the Ministry of Agriculture has received financing from the African Development Bank towards the cost for implementation of the Chiansi Smallholder Outgrower Support Project (COSP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of the Loan for eligible payments towards Procurement of Infield Irrigation Engineering Consultant to supervise irrigation works under the Chiansi Outgrower Support Project (COSP).
