The Marshall Lab Group at the Colorado School of Mines is recruiting one or more PhD students who are interested in applying computational approaches to understand changing snow extremes and interactions between snow and terrestrial ecosystems. Strong applicants will have enough experience programming to be enthusiastic about pursuing a PhD using computational methods, a strong interest in snow hydrology and water resources and/or ecosystems, and career goals that align with getting a PhD in Hydrologic Science and Engineering at Mines. A master’s degree in a related field is helpful but not required.
