About the roles 

The Development role focuses on advancing new project opportunities, securing funding, building partnerships, and managing a team of Project Officers. See the full profile here. 

The Technical role focuses on management of river enhancement projects, specifically improvements to fish passage, barrier removal and natural flood management. See the full profile here. 

About you 

For the Project Manager (Development) role, you will bring experience of developing project opportunities, securing funding, preparing bids, and supporting teams to turn ideas into deliverable projects. Proven experience of team leadership, partnership working and an understanding of environmental funding mechanisms. 

For the Project Manager (Technical) role, you will have a strong understanding of environmental or infrastructure project delivery, with knowledge of river restoration, fish passage, natural flood management or related disciplines. Proven experience managing contractors, permissions and regulatory processes. 

For both roles, you will be:

  • Confident working collaboratively with colleagues, partners, funders and communities.
