Navigate global water strategies and competitive landscapes
- Support market entry studies, sell-side and buy-side commercial due diligence, product development support, and innovation strategy engagements for clients across the global water industry.
- Build market size models and forecasts using clear and defensible research methodologies.
- Conduct voice-of-customer interviews and other primary research with industry stakeholders to gather data inputs and market perspectives that inform client strategy discussions.
- Perform competitive analysis to help clients understand their position relative to peers and adjacent players.
- Get up to speed quickly on client needs to support the Bluefield team with data collection, analysis, and presentations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the water sector, water technology, and market opportunities during workshops and client meetings.
- Think outside the box to deliver thought-provoking insights to colleagues and clients.
Show off your education, skills, and experience
- Undergraduate degree required; a graduate degree is a strong benefit.
- Two to five years’ of relevant experience in business strategy, management consulting, or the water industry.
- The position is located in Boston, MA or Berkeley, CA.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of business concepts, financial analysis, and financial market research methodologies.
