Offer Description
Global climate change and socio-economic dynamics are increasingly challenging the long-term performance of water reservoir systems, exacerbating uncertainty in
both water availability and demand. This research programme aims to advance water reservoir control and planning under deep uncertainty by developing integrated,
multi-objective frameworks that allow adapting control policies and other planning decisions over time. The proposed methodologies will support the identification of robust and cost-eective solutions, explicitly accounting for trade-os among competing objectives and evolving future conditions, and will be demonstrated through representative reservoir system case studies as part of the BERLIN project.
