The Zambezi Watercourse Commission (ZAMCOM) has received a grant from the African Development Fund (ADF) towards the costs of the Regional (ZAMCOM) Project of the Programme for Integrated Development and Adaptation to Climate Change in the Zambezi Basin (PIDACC Zambezi) and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract for Mid-Term Review (MTR) Individual Consultant. PIDACC Zambezi’s development objective is to strengthen regional cooperation in building the resilience of the Zambezi River Basin communities to climatic and economic shocks, through promoting inclusive, transformative investments, job-creation, and ecosystem- based solutions. The main objective of the consultancy is to conduct a Mid-Term Review of the PIDACC Zambezi Regional Project in order to assess the continued relevance of the project design, the effectiveness and efficiency of implementation arrangements, progress towards planned results, review the regional project’s procurement and operational planning arrangements, including the List of Goods and Services (LOGS), the quality of project management, emerging challenges and risks, lessons learned, and the likelihood of achieving the intended regional outcomes within the remaining implementation period. ZAMCOM now invites eligible individual consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services (Curriculum Vitae (CVs), description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, etc.).
