Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Project Leadership
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple concurrent water and wastewater
treatment projects (WTP, STP, ETP, RO systems) from contract award to final
handover.
- Define project execution strategies, setting clear milestones for engineering,
procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC).
- Align project delivery with BlueDrop Enviro’s financial goals, quality
benchmarks, and sustainability compliance standards.
2. Team & Resource Management
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Project Managers, Site
Engineers, and Planning Specialists.
- Allocate human and material resources efficiently across various sites to
optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous learning within the
projects team.
3. Budgetary & Financial Control
- Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the project execution division.
- Monitor project cash flows, track expenditures against budgets, and
implement strict cost-control measures.
- Identify potential financial risks early and deploy mitigation strategies to
prevent cost overruns.

4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as the primary escalation point for clients, ensuring high satisfaction
through transparent communication and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the Procurement team to evaluate, negotiate with, and
manage subcontractors, consultants, and equipment vendors.
- Ensure seamless cross-functional coordination between Engineering, Sales,
Procurement, and Quality Assurance teams.
5. Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Enforce stringent Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and Health,
Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across all project sites.
- Ensure all projects strictly adhere to local environmental laws, statutory
regulations, and pollution control board norms.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or
Environmental Engineering. A Master’s degree in Project Management or an
MBA is highly desirable.
- Experience: 08 – 10+ years of experience in project management within the
Water/Wastewater treatment, EPC, or environmental infrastructure
sectors, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a
strong plus
Pay: ₹80,000.00 – ₹150,000.00 per month
