The mission of the Key Account Manager is to build and nurture long-term, strategic partnerships with key clients that drive mutual growth, align with business objectives, and deliver sustained value through exceptional service and tailored solutions. 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting and Stakeholder Communication 
  • Market, Regulatory, and Competitive Intelligence 

YOUR PROFILE 

  • Bachelor’s or higher (engineering, life sciences, business) or equivalent experience. 
  • Significant experience (5+ years) in key account/sales management in industrial water treatment in the Food & Beverage segment.
  • Technical understanding of instrumentation/monitoring systems and of customer operations in target industries. 
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts, achieving revenue growth, building customer loyalty. 
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills, strategic mindset, comfortable in a dynamic environment. 
  • Languages: fluent in English and French (German is a plus) 
  • Willingness to travel.
