Functions
- Participate in the preparation of international bids and tenders in integrated water cycle projects (collection, purification, distribution, sewerage and wastewater treatment).
- Analyze tender documents, identifying technical, economic, environmental and administrative requirements associated with EPC hydraulic and sanitary projects.
- Request, evaluate and compare offers from suppliers and subcontractors (treatment equipment, hydraulic works, networks, etc.).
- Prepare technical reports and bid documentation, including solutions for treatment plants, drinking water networks and sanitation systems.
- Consolidate project costs (CAPEX/OPEX) and support the assessment of technical, financial, and environmental risks.
- Participate in the analysis of sustainable solutions and water efficiency within the offers.
Requirements
- Graduate in Civil Engineering or other university degrees if they meet the required experience.
- Experience in preparing profiles and technical files, preferably in the water sector.
- Knowledge of water cycle processes (WTP, WWTP, networks, drainage), cost analysis, budgets and measurements, reading tender documents and terms of reference
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Analytical, proactive profile, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience in companies in the water sector (EPS, consultancies, construction companies, operators), knowledge of international standards (FIDIC, IDB, World Bank) will be valued.
- Intermediate or advanced level of English.
