Role Description
Universidad Anáhuac is seeking an Hourly-Paid Lecturer in Water Supply and Sewerage Design to join our faculty in an on-site capacity in Huixquilucan de Degollado, MEX. This is a contractual teaching position. The successful candidate will prepare and deliver English-taught lectures on the principles and applications of water supply and sewerage design. Responsibilities include curriculum development, evaluation of student performance, providing academic guidance, and ensuring a high standard of education in alignment with the university’s mission and academic goals.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Water Supply and Sewerage Design principles and engineering methodologies
- Experience in curriculum development and academic instruction, particularly in higher education
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for delivering lectures and engaging students
- Proficiency in technical applications and tools for water system design
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment
- Master’s or higher degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or a closely related field
- Previous teaching or professional experience in water resources management or infrastructure design is preferred
