Economic and technical efficiency of smart irrigation systems in specific growing systems
The aim of the doctoral thesis will be to contribute to the application of smart and innovative irrigation systems. The effectiveness of the application of this technology depends on several input factors, including the monitoring of input properties, water consumption, and, last but not least, the quality of the irrigation technology. Based on the above objective of the thesis, it will be necessary to analyse the literature and conduct study and research in the given field. To achieve the goal, we will focus on the following sub-points:
- Monitoring of selected physical properties
- Water consumption under various application parameters
- Impact of dosing changes on crop quality
- Economic efficiency
- Impact on variability of soil properties
