We are seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of projects within the water, environmental, and related infrastructure sectors. The role involves managing projects across their full lifecycle, from early concept and planning through design, delivery, and close out.

The Project Manager will work within multidisciplinary teams, engage with a range of stakeholders, and contribute to the successful, safe, and sustainable delivery of projects. The role also includes supporting the development of junior project management staff where appropriate.

You’ll join our offices in Krakow or Warsaw, reinforcing our teams and supporting major frameworks with United Utilities, Northumbrian Water, Thames Water, Severn Trent Water, and Anglian Water.

You’ll play a key role in delivering detailed design and Design & Build projects in the water and wastewater sector—overseeing infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects from concept through to commissioning, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support or lead projects through all phases: feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. 
  • Manage or assist with scope, budget, schedule, and risk to ensure successful delivery. 
  • Contribute to technical reviews, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. 
  •  Act as a key contact for clients and stakeholders. 
  •  Maintain project documentation and progress reporting. 
  •  Promote innovation, sustainability, and collaboration across teams

Here’s what you’ll need

  • Proven experience managing water and wastewater projects.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure (pipelines, sewers) and non-infrastructure (treatment plants, pumping stations) assets.
  • Experience in Design & Build delivery models and detailed design coordination.
  •  Desirable: APM Project Management Qualification; Membership of ICE or CIWEM.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and design software (AutoCAD, BIM platforms).
