Are you passionate about restoring aquatic ecosystems in North Central Washington? We are looking for a Habitat Restoration Resource Specialist 2 to lead the full lifecycle of high-impact projects, from concept to completion.

The Role:
You’ll be the point person for diverse restoration efforts—including LWD installations, culvert replacements, riparian restoration, and BDAs. This is a balanced role with roughly 50% office coordination and 50% field implementation.

What You’ll Do:
> Manage the Project Lifecycle: Lead project conceptualization, grant writing, planning, design, and permitting.
> Deliver in the Field: Oversee implementation logistics, coordinate contractors, and conduct post-project monitoring.
> Collaborate: Partner with Forestry, Agriculture, and regional conservation groups to maximize ecological impact.
> Secure Funding: Proactively identify and apply for grants to keep restoration efforts moving forward.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in aquatic restoration and project management.
Ability to navigate grant reporting and complex permitting.
