This position will be located at the Lewis and Clark State Office Building, 1101 Riverside Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65101.
Responsibilities – What you’ll do
- Oversight of drinking water laboratory services and program administration fees and primacy fees; this includes properly assessing, preparing, tracking, and verifying invoices
- Analyze unpaid drinking water fees and prepare listing for Letters of Warning and/or Notice of Violation
- Oversee the management and collection of unpaid fees and assessment of proper penalties
- Utilize SAM II Financial to process interagency invoices, verify payments received, and process grant subaward invoice payments
- Analyze data for the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report
- Assist clean water fee manager as back-up in management of clean water fees
- Provide exemplary customer service on an on-going basis
- Assist other Budget, Fees, and Grants Management Unit and Fiscal Management Section team members

Equivalent to those typically gained by:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience. (Additional education or experience may substitute for the required education or experience)
