Skills/Qualifications
The research fellow will be responsible, amongst other tasks, for designing and conducting toxicity tests on dredged material, and assessing the anthropogenic impacts associated with these marine sediments. This will include preparing samples for physical and chemical analysis, carrying out biological analyses of sediment, water and biota samples in accordance with standardised protocols, and processing, statistically analysing and interpreting environmental data.

Eligibility criteria
Specific qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in: Marine Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Marine and Environmental Sciences, Biological Sciences.
PhD in any of the following fields: Biology, Marine Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Marine and Environmental Sciences
Experience:
Collaboration in the design of toxicity tests in marine ecosystems.
Courses completed in the field of ecotoxicology.
Attendance at conferences in the field of ecotoxicology.
