What will you be doing day to day?
The Dams team works on ensuring all dams are safe to secure our valuable water resources and provide security against flooding. The Hydro team is an innovative environment leading the way in providing reliable, renewable energy.
On a day to day, (DAM) Designing a dam upgrade, travelling to North Queensland to undertake a dam safety inspection, or crunch the dams instrumentation data. (HYDRO) Assisting projects in the Pacific Islands, designing a new hydropower tunnel, or comparing turbines for a new hydropower system.

Qualifications
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Some exposure to dams or sit based civil projects – interest or some exposure to drafting.
- Passion for learning and problem-solving
- Australian Citizen, PR or NZ Citizen.
- Currently in final year of degree or 1-2 years post-graduation
