PRO-WASH & SCALE (PWS) is looking for a consultant to support capacity strengthening and learning activities related to groundwater monitoring, nature-based solutions, flooding, drought, and water scarcity as part of its Year 4 workplan. The consultant will provide specialized technical support to PWS, Global or National WASH Cluster activities and/or U.S. Department of State (DoS) managed emergency activities including technical advice, drafting and reviewing guidance (e.g. groundwater monitoring, water quality monitoring, Nature Based Solutions), and co-leading an online learning event. The consultant will work closely with DoS staff and emergency partners to ensure data driven and context-appropriate strategies to enhance resiliency and local ownership.
