UNESCO Regional Office in Almaty is announcing a call for an Individual Consultant, namely the Technical Advisor (Individual Consultancy). Selected Consultant will work within the framework of the GEF-UNDP-UNESCO project on “Strengthening the resilience of Central Asian countries by enabling regional cooperation to assess glacio-nival systems to develop integrated methods for sustainable development and adaptation to climate change”, under the overall authority of the Director of the UNESCO Regional Office in Almaty, and the direct supervision of the Project Manager, the Contractor shall perform technical advisory tasks related to strategic implementation of the project.Detailed ToR is available here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gaZzJUfcRkK7Go8VCj3XUV6qTIvHiM5M/view?usp=sharing
The proposals and any supporting documents should be in English. The proposals should be submitted by e-mail not later than 9 March 2026 to a.kulzhabayeva@unesco.org. The selected candidate will be duly informed not later than 20 March 2026.
