Learning begins in the classroom but there’s no better place to gain real-world experience than with Stantec. Interns are an integral part of our teams, working to solve some of the world’s most complex challenges.
As an intern, you’ll work alongside our experienced practitioners and with our clients and communities. This hands-on experience will equip you with practical skills, build your network, and provide opportunities that set you up for success.
Stantec’s Water sector, which brings together many of the world’s top engineers, planners, scientists, and others, sees water a bit differently—as a single holistic system rather than as unconnected networks divided by jurisdictional boundaries. We use this perspective to help communities tap into water’s potential. Throughout the life cycle of capture, use, reuse, discharge, and delivery, our team optimizes every facet of a water system. Whether a project calls for planners, managers, economists, financial analysts, designers, construction managers, or facility operators, we have the right experts to provide creative, yet practical, water solutions.
