The Department of Ecosystem Science and Sustainability (ESS) at Colorado State University (CSU) seeks a PhD student to conduct original research on water governance starting Fall 2026. Potential research areas include transboundary water cooperation, groundwater governance, water supply systems, water-energy-food nexus governance, or other related areas. The specific research focus will be developed with advisor.
