Antea USA, Inc. (Antea®Group) is a global provider of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) services and solutions across multiple industries. We are seeking a Service Line Leader to lead our Climate Risk and Water Stewardship (CRAWS) service line. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of technical excellence, people leadership, and business development. You will be responsible for ensuring we have the resources, technical processes, and innovation necessary to deliver high-quality climate risk and water services to our global clients.
This role is full-time with travel up to an estimated 10%. The preferred candidates must reside in the United States.
Essential functions include but are not limited to:
- Forecasting: Collaborate with Practice Leaders to align resource capacity and skill sets with market demand.
- Gap Analysis: Identify skill gaps and work with Operations Leaders on staffing, training, and subcontractor (Avetta) management.
- Mentorship: Develop training programs to ensure practitioners are proficient in CRAWS methodologies and tools.
- Coordination: Serve as the primary POC connecting Client Account Leaders with technical resources for proposals and project execution.
- Process Excellence: Develop and refine standardized processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and superior customer experience.
- Tool Deployment: Partner with the Technology team to identify and implement digital tools for climate and water modeling/reporting.
- Continuous Improvement: Work with the “Solutions and Innovation” function to evolve service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- SME Support: Act as a technical expert in sales meetings and support the development of complex proposals.
- Content Creation: Lead the development of market-facing technical content (white papers, webinars) using operational resources.
- Internal Advocacy: Ensure Segment Leaders and Client Account Leaders are equipped with the materials needed to sell CRAWS services effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required and master’s preferred in environmental science, engineering, climate science, hydrology, sustainability, or a related field plus minimum 10 years of experience.
- Sufficient technical knowledge in Water Stewardship, Source Water Vulnerability, Climate Risk Assessments (TCFD/IFRS S2), and Climate Scenario Analysis.
- Proven track record in sustainability consulting, specifically in a lead technical and project management capacity.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across a matrixed organization.
- Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical client stakeholders.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Potential employees must be able to satisfactorily complete a background check, pre-employment drug screening (as permitted by law), and baseline physical (safety sensitive roles). They must also have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The annual salary range for this position is $130,000 – $160,000. Compensation will vary depending on the applicant’s job-related knowledge and skills, education, and work experience.
