About the Project
The project focuses on rejuvenation of a community pond. The initiative aims to enhance local water security, biodiversity, and improve the overall environmental health of the area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Community Engagement
• Support in Pre-feasibility study and data collection through survey.
• Supervise day-to-day on-site execution of pond rejuvenation activities
• Coordinate with labor teams, local community, and panchayat representatives
• Monitor work quality, quantities, timelines, and safety compliance
• Assist in documentation and maintain daily progress records, site registers, photographs, and reports
• Regular reporting to the line manager.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduation, preferably in Social Welfare/Environment/ other related fields
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and mobile-based documentation
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in; Water Conservation, environment, with social development.
• Strong understanding of site supervision, measurement, and coordination
• Experience working with government departments, NGOs, or CSR projects will be preferred

Remuneration:
• Salary: Rs.25,000 to 30000
• Local travel expenses as per project norms
