Objective and Purpose of the Assignment
To recruit an environment expert to prepare environment related documents and reports and assist PMO
towards successful completion of project.
Scope of Work
• Assist Team Leader in Preparing Quarterly/ Annual Progress Report and Project Completion Report.
• Perform any other relevant tasks within the scope of services as directed by the Team Leader
Detailed Tasks and/or Expected Output
• Collect information from town projects and assist PMO to prepare bi-annual and annual environmental
monitoring report to send ADB;
• Assist PMO to finalize the TOR of environment assessment and environment assessment reports of sub
projects to send to ADB and approve by the concerned ministry;
• Update the overall environmental management plan (EMP) and finalize IEEs compliant with GoN and ADB
requirements regarding sub projects;
Minimum Qualification Requirements
• Master’s degree in environmental management/ engineering/ science, or related field, and minimum 10
years of relevant working experience.
• Work experience of at least 5 years in WASH sector
• Work experience in preparation/ implementation/ monitoring of environment management plans and
environment assessment reports.
• Relevant Training in environment related activities
Minimum General Experience: 10 Years
Minimum Specific Experience (relevant to assignment): 5 Years
