Objective and Purpose of the Assignment
To recruit a Team leader to manage and co-ordinate consultants and assist PMO towards successful
completion of project.
Scope of Work
• Prepare Quarterly/ Annual Progress Report and Project Completion Report.
• Perform any other relevant tasks within the scope of services as directed by the PD/PMO
Detailed Tasks and/or Expected Output
• Manage and coordinate the overall consulting services and team consultants and assist PMO in planning,
implementing, managing, and monitoring all project activities; and advise PMO on project related issues;
• Conduct field visits to the project municipalities and consult relevant stakeholders for the
implementation of project activities;
• Ensure timely submission of all the deliverables by the project’s consultants’ team;
• Ensure project’s compliance with GESI, social and environmental safeguards requirements;
• Closely work with PMO and RPMOs as well with project municipalities to ensure the timely
sharing/submission of information and reports, and accurate financial statements;
Minimum Qualification Requirements
• Master’s degree in water supply engineering, environmental science or public health engineering, or
related field,
• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience.
- Work experience in overall project management including at least 5 years as a team
leader/coordinator.
• Relevant Training in WASH related activities
Minimum General Experience: 15 Years
Minimum Specific Experience (relevant to assignment): 5 Years
