RFP – Strategic Approaches to Addressing Water Quantity and Quality in the Western U.S.
The Western U.S. faces escalating challenges to water quantity, quality, and connectivity driven by climate change, over-allocation of water resources, disruptions in aquatic connectivity, saltwater intrusion, development pressures, and much more threatening ecosystems, communities, and long-term water sustainability.
Pew is looking to engage an expert in U.S. federal, state, and tribal water policy and water resource management to help Pew develop feasible, actionable strategies to mitigate the most pressing threats to freshwater resources and habitats in the western United States through science-based, policy-driven, and community-supported approaches.
