ADDENDUM TO THE REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES
FOR THE PREPARATION OF NIGERIA HYDROPOWER DEVELOPMENT MASTER PLAN (HMP) AND STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL ASSESSMENT (SESA)
1. INTRODUCTION
This Addendum is issued to modify the deadline for submission of the Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) for the Preparation of Nigeria Hydropower Development Master Plan (HMP) and Strategic Environmental and Social Assessment (SESA)
Reference No :FMWR&S/SPIN/QCBS/CS/2025/03 Published on the World Bank website on Thursday 11th December, 2025 and on the Leadership and Business Day Nigerian newspapers of Monday, 15th December 2025.
The purpose of this Addendum is to formally notify all prospective applicants of an extension to the deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest.
2. MODIFICATION TO THE SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Submission deadline of the REOI document is hereby amended.

- Date: 7th January 2026
- Time: 14:00 PM
- Revised deadline for submission:
- Date: 20th January 2026
- Time: 14:00 Hours (Local Time)
- Submission address: Address remains unchanged
3. REASON FOR EXTENSION
To allow prospective applicants sufficient time to prepare comprehensive submissions.
4. EFFECT ON OTHER PROVISIONS
All other terms, conditions, and specifications of the original REOI document remain unchanged and in full force.
