The Centre for Environment, Urban Governance and Infrastructure Development (CEUG&ID), The Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), , invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced, multidisciplinary consulting firms and consortiums for undertaking the Concept Design, Detailed Project Report (DPR) Preparation, and Execution Support for the development of the proposed International State-of-the-Art Sanitation Experium on its campus in Hyderabad.
The Sanitation Experium is envisioned as a globally benchmarked experiential learning and demonstration facility, combining the strengths of museum design, innovation ecosystems, technology demonstration, and immersive digital learning to educate, inspire, and influence the sanitation and urban water governance ecosystem in India and beyond.
ASCI is seeking a firm/consortium capable of conceptualizing this world-class facility, detailing the entire technical and architectural requirements, and supporting the College throughout the execution and commissioning of the project. The assignment begins with an intensive one-month Concept Design phase, followed by DPR preparation and continuous execution support for 12–15 months.
