The services included under this contract are for a Panel of Experts (PoE) to undertake an independent review of the updating of the feasibility study and detailed designs for a new Dam for Mzuzu City and parts of Mzimba District with the objective of evaluating features and actions pertaining to the safety of Lambilambi Dam and providing recommendations of actions that may be needed to ensure acceptable safety standards in compliance with relevant national and international water infrastructure safety guidelines.
