About the Position

The Sr. Associate – CSR and Water Resources will be responsible for implementing and monitoring water conservation, watershed management, and community-based natural resource management projects. The role involves extensive fieldwork, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution of project deliverables.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and monitor CSR projects focused on water resource management, watershed development, and conservation.
  • Conduct site assessments, prepare technical reports, and ensure compliance with project plans and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with local communities, NGOs, panchayats, and government departments for on-ground execution.
  • Prepare progress reports, documentation, and case studies for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support proposal development, data collection, and impact assessment for ongoing and new projects.
  • Provide technical guidance to field teams and oversee vendor/partner performance.
  • Ensure timely project delivery and adherence to budgets and timelines.
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
  • Strong understanding of water conservation, watershed management, and natural resource management principles.
  • Hands-on experience in on-ground project implementation and monitoring.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, report writing, and field documentation.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to project locations.
