The consulting services will be implemented around 4 towns, and it involves Undertaking the Environmental and Social Performance and compliance Audit to ensure the implementation of Four Towns WSSP safeguards instruments are in good order, Assess the extent of compliance with the provisions of the financial agreement, including national legislations, regulations, and procedures, the Bank’s environmental and social requirements, and other relevant international best practices of the project’s sector. Identify significant environmental, social, health, and safety issues in the existing project activities, and assess their status, specifically in terms of meeting the National, and AfDB E&S policy requirements. The Services are estimated to be rendered for a period of 3 months.
