The evaluation of the candidates will be carried out based on the analysis of their scientific path and Curriculum vitae and their adequacy for the objectives of the project (C1), according to the documentation submitted, attributing the following weighting to the different components:

C1) Curriculum evaluation: 75%

The curricular evaluation focuses on the relevance, quality and timeliness of the activities developed, namely experience in analytical techniques related to HPLC, gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS), scientific and technological production, enrolment in advanced training courses, participation in scientific events, as well as scientific communication and dissemination.

The weighting to be assigned to each of the sub-criteria will be as follows:

a) Average of the grades obtained in the BSc and Master’s degrees (30%)

b) Scientific knowledge and experience in analytical techniques (30%);

c) Chromatographic separation techniques (including motivation letter) (10%);

d) Scientific publications in the field of the project (20%);

The final classification, after the interview, will be determined by the following formula:

CF= 75 %*CF1 + 25 %*C2

The final classification of the candidates is expressed on a scale of 0 to 20, rounded to the nearest hundredth.

The award of the scholarship to the selected candidate will be subject to obtaining a final classification equal to or greater than 14 (fourteen) values.
