Introduction
UNDP in Viet Nam is looking for a qualified National Firm/Organization to implement interventions focusing on Social Protection & Inclusive Infrastructure (WASH) under the Responsible Sourcing Initiative (RSI) in the Northern region for the TCCF Plastic Circularity project.
Duty Station: Ha Noi, Viet Nam
Duration: November 2025 – September 2026The objective of this assignment is to secure basic social protection for vulnerable waste workers and implement inclusive infrastructure upgrades to enhance health, safety, and business efficiency within the recycled plastic value chain. Specifically, this assignment will aim to:
–
Facilitate the provision of accident insurance or health insurance for the most vulnerable T2-T5 waste workers.
– Implement Inclusive Infrastructure: Design and oversee the upgrade of facilities at aggregation points (T2 or T3) to meet WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) standards and support expanded business operations, with a specific focus on gender-sensitive design (e.g., “women-friendly stations”).
Women-owned firms/organizations are ecouraged to bid. Preference will be given to equally technically qualified women-owned firms/organizations.
