| Job Advert Summary | To provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and PMO teams across the full project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project governance frameworks, consistent documentation, collaboration, and timely stakeholder engagement. | 
| Minimum Requirements | • National Diploma or equivalent • 5 years of administrative experience, with at least 3 years in a technology project management environment•Advanced computer proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams, MS Projects Desirable Qualification • A qualification in Business Management Desirable Experience • Experience with ERP systems, project reporting, and collaboration tools (i.e. SharePoint, MS Teams)  | 
| Primary Duties | •Support project lifecycle activities from initiation to closure, ensuring all administrative functions are executed efficiently. • Maintain and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) in alignment with project requirements. • Coordinate training logistics, meeting schedules, diaries, and venue bookings for project stakeholders. • Capture, manage, and distribute project documentation, including minutes, reports, and deliverables. • Provide support in preparing project presentations, dashboards, and progress updates. • Assist in procurement processes, invoice reconciliation, and supplier liaison. • Utilize project management software tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, and SAP for tracking, documentation, and collaboration. • Monitor adherence to project governance and change control procedure  |
