Job Summary
Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring water-related project activities in line with organizational objectives and donor guidelines. The role involves close coordination with field staff, community stakeholders, and partner organizations to ensure effective execution of project interventions. Person will oversee reporting, documentation, and knowledge-sharing by preparing timely progress reports, success stories, and case studies as per monthly, quarterly, and program requirements. This position demands strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills to drive impactful outcomes in the field.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, implement, and monitor the water project activities as per timelines.
• Coordinate with field team and community stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Regular field visits to ensure quality implementation and close monitoring.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and reports.
• Track progress against targets and prepare periodic reports for management/donors.
• Ensure to provide reports and success stories to partners monthly, quarterly, or as per guidelines.
• Assess and analysis of water demand-supply gaps in project areas and use findings to design and implement appropriate solutions.
• Verify existing water harvesting structures for their functionality and recommend revival or strengthening measures.
• Budget preparation, resource allocation, and utilization & monitoring.
• Organize meetings, workshops, and review sessions with stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between project team, community, and partners.
• Identify risks, challenges, and gaps in implementation and suggest solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and donor guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Agriculture Engineering/Civil Engineering/Rural Development/Natural Resource Management/MSW or other relevant qualification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant field experience in project implementation & management of the Water resource Management/Watershed Management Project.
• Experience working with grassroot level organizations.
• Understanding on community engagement tools like PRA, RRA, Water Budgeting, Training & Capacity Building of the Community.
• Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skill & knowledge of working on various relevant software such as google earth, GIS & Remote Sensing.
• Proficiency in Hindi, English and local dialects (Rajasthani) will be added advantages.
