Job Purpose
Focus on design, implementation of the project and monitoring of all WASH & Shelter works under this project. collecting the new needs and study of the technical specifications of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of BOQs and drawings for all water supply and sanitation infrastructures to be implemented in the targeted areas.
- Execute implementation of all WASH infrastructure activities as per implementation plan, BOQs, drawings and specifications.
- Monitor and supervise WASH activities and ensure effective implementation of the WASH activities.
- Supervising of the project activities to be completed with the required quality and timeline and plans
- Re-evaluate and update the needs and study of the technical specifications of the project
- Ensure that the project plans match the ground implementation and report any defects if it is happened
- Cooperating with other teams at the field, such as the monitoring, media, logistical, procurement, and other teams
- Supervising the receipt of works from the contractors and their conformity with the required specifications
- Handling the complaints from the project beneficiaries
- Implementing the direct manager’s requirements and requests.

Qualification (Education/Work Experience)
- Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
- Two to three years of progressive professional WASH & Shelter experience.
- Good level in English.
- Desirable:
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Water, structural, topography) or related fields.
- More than five years of progressive professional WASH & Shelter experience.
