The Zanzibar Water Security Project concerns the improvement of the living conditions of the people of Zanzibar and the strengthening of their resilience to climate change by providing sustainable and climate adapted water supply and groundwater protection measures as well as water resources management. The purpose of the Project is the sustainable improvement of water resource management and drinking water supply in the project area (i.e., Pemba and Unguja).
We are looking for a Deputy Team Leader with knowledge of the national water supply and sanitation sector. Experience in preparation and implementation of projects in the sector as well as team leader experience.
