- To lead the Water team with proposals and project execution for water and wastewater treatment, reclamation, and desalination projects.
- To be a team player in the Water department, with part of the position dedicated to project management and contract execution from execution coordination perspective.
- Provide value-added service which combines technical solution and commercial structure to the client.
- Lead the water team to ensure for all incoming inquiries are handled efficiently and professional to meet customer expectation, including analyzing technical requirements and needs of client, making proposals both in technical and commercial for AECOM services which can fit the requirements.
- Provide engineering and technical support to external and internal clients.
- Good management activities to satisfy client requirement and achieve company business objective.
- Set up performance review system for the individuals in the team and report on a monthly basis the client response efficiency and develop and implement process to improve it.
- Excellent on developing and implementing the working process and procedures for client service and ensure all necessary personnel are trained in use.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned.
應徵資格
- Education: Bachelor Degree, B.S. in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical and Civil Engineering preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in a relevant industry.
- At least 2 years in Water & Wastewater management experience.
- Excellent PC skills including, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of English in written and oral.
