IFC is hiring a communications advisor to support the structuring of a water and sanitation PPP in southeastern Brazil. The consultant will develop and implement a strategic communications plan; ensuring clear; consistent messaging across stakeholders; supporting public consultations; and helping build trust and transparency around the project.
