Crest Point for Consultancy and Development (CPCD) is an independent international consulting firm established in 2018. We specialize in delivering data-driven, conflict-sensitive, and context-specific solutions that support humanitarian, development, and stabilization programs.
CPCD operates across the Middle East, North Africa, East Africa, and Eastern Europe, with country-level presence or completed missions in:
Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Turkey, Ukraine, Libya, Somalia, South Sudan, Jordan, Sudan, and Djibouti.

- Objective
CPCD is expanding its International Consultant Roster to engage experienced professionals in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) across a wide range of humanitarian and development sectors.
Selected consultants will serve as consultant leads, responsible for managing technical assignments, guiding implementation, coordinating field teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of M&E, research, or evaluation assignments
- Develop methodologies, frameworks, and tools tailored to client and context needs
- Supervise teams of analysts, field coordinators, enumerators, and sectoral specialists
- Ensure quality control and technical accuracy of all deliverables
- Produce high-quality analytical reports, presentations, and knowledge products
- Coordinate with clients to align implementation with objectives
- Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in relevant fields such as International Development, Social Sciences, Public Health, Education, Agriculture, or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in M&E, research, or evaluation, including at least 3 years in a team leadership role
- Proven technical expertise in one or more of the listed sectors
- Strong command of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
- Proficiency in tools such as SPSS, STATA, R, Power BI, NVivo, or MaxQDA is preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic, French, or other languages are a plus
- Strong project management, coordination, and client engagement skills
- Ability to manage teams remotely and work across different time zones
- Preference for consultants located within ±3 hours of Turkey time
