Primary Objective: Administer the regulatory functions of the Water Act 1992 and Water Regulations 1992 in accordance with agency policies and procedures. Coordinate business functions of the Water Regulation branch, including managing statutory requirements as outlined in the Water Act for the Adelaide River catchment. The successful applicant will primarily undertake licensing and regulation activities in the Darwin Rural Adelaide River Water Control District.
