The African Development Bank wishes to recruit the services of a highly skilled medium-term international consultant to support the water and sanitation sector business development and processing in the area of Non-Sovereign transactions and support to private sector participation in the Water and Sanitation Sector in French Speaking Countries across Africa at both Upstream and Downstream stages. The consultant will explore the possibilities to originate business in urban, peri-urban and rural areas to fostering an inclusive approach in Bank investment in the sector and ensuring no one is left behind. The specific objective of the consultancy is to support the Bank’s overall efforts in identifying, preparing, appraising and closing private sector related operations as well as various special initiatives and economic and sector works promoted by the sector.
