Project Manager – Environmental Conservation Projects
Location: Dadri & Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Sector: Environmental Sustainability & Water Conservation
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced team member to lead an environmental project focused on groundwater recharge, pond rejuvenation, and rainwater harvesting, in the Dadri and Greater Noida area.
Key Responsibilities
• Implementation of environmental infrastructure projects related to groundwater recharge and pond conservation.
• Coordinate the works related to pond rejuvenation, water recharge structures, including desilting, excavation, embankment creation, and inlet/outlet strengthening.
• Develop work plans, reports, regular MIS reports, success stories, and impact metrics in alignment with project timelines.
• Supervise field teams and vendors to ensure quality execution of all works.
• Monitor water table improvement and ecosystem restoration outcomes.
• Liaise with government bodies, Gram Panchayats, environmental consultants, and funding partners.
• Conduct community awareness programs, and capacity-building activities with local stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science / Civil Engineering with a focus on environmental or water resource management.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing groundwater conservation, rainwater harvesting, pond/lake rejuvenation, or environmental infrastructure projects.
• Experience in working with CSR-funded or government projects will be an added advantage.
• Strong project management and field execution capabilities, good communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary Range: 5.4 Lakhs per annum
• Field travel allowance, and mobile reimbursement
