The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Environmental Engineer/ Water Resource Engineer/ Civil engineer with experience of working in water sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience/understanding in water and wastewater management, hydrological and hydraulic modelling, flood risk management, urban drainage design, river health, and climate resilience.
Job Location- Gurugram
We’d love to hear from you if you have –
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a Master’s/PhD in Environmental Engineering, Water Resources, or Hydraulics with 3 – 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of hydrology, drainage design, rainfall analysis, runoff estimation, IDF curves, drain sizing, and hydraulic modelling.
• Experience of working on proposal writing, tendering, and commercial project delivery with experience of working on software such as GIS and modelling software is a plus.
• Familiarity with UK Environment Agency or UKIMEA projects is an advantage. and understanding of UK standards such as Sewers for Adoption, CDM 2015, and Environment Agency protocols is a plus with demonstrated experience working with state and national government agencies, private sector clients in India, NGOs, and international partners.
• Exposure to global delivery centres such as the UK, Australia, Singapore, or others with knowledge and application of nature-based solutions for water and wastewater management.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary teams with track record of technical publications, research, or innovative project contributions is an added advantage.
