Specialized field:
The mission of this division is to establish and implement environmental engineering approaches that seek harmony between human activities and ecosystems, and contribute to the creation of Regional Circular and Ecological Sphere. This division conducts education and research on the development of water quality conversion technologies and climate change adaptation technologies utilizing ecosystem functions, the modeling of material circulation in water environment, and the market value assessment of ecosystem conservation and utilization.

Main subjects in charge:
– Undergraduate: Earth and Environmental Science、Fundamental Ecological Engineering、Exercises in Water Environment Design I and II, Water Environment Studies A and B, etc.
– Graduate School: Ecological Engineering, Theory for Environmental Ecological Assessment, Advanced Seminar on Water Environment Design, Master and Doctor Course Seminar on Civil and Environmental Engineering, etc.

Duties:
Successful candidates will be engaged in education and research related to the above-mentioned specialized field, as well as administration of the school.
