Description of the tasks performed at the position
- Organization of scientific and research cooperation with public entities including the preparation of research project concepts in the fields of innovation and environmental protection and engineering, with particular emphasis on sustainable development and revitalization issues;
- Conducting research and R&D work as well as participation in the work of national and international research teams.
- Publishing research results.
- Establishing and maintaining cooperation with national and foreign research institutions and external companies.
- Carrying out market-oriented projects.

Skills/Qualifications
- Ph.D. in engineering and technical sciences,
- Knowledge of issues regarding revitalization, eco-innovation and sustainable development in the area of water and sewage management
- Knowledge of the issues of eliminating micro-pollutants from water and sewage,
- Publication achievements in the field of environmental engineering, including related to the required scientific competences (scientific works, publications);
- Experience in implementing research and R&D projects, national and/or international;
- Experience in conducting R&D and expert works, evaluation studies in the field of environmental engineering, in particular concerning circular economy in water and sewage management;
- Experience in developing environmental valuations,/opinions, impact assessments and programme documents in the field of environmental protection and engineering;
- Good knowledge of English – documented by a certificate at least at B2 level,
