Call for Proposals Transboundary Water Management Programme 2025
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (MOFA), via the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Maputo, intends to fund a 4-year Transboundary Water Management Programme, starting in 2025. The programme will be implemented by the Incomati and Maputo Watercourses Commission (INMACOM) and the Buzi, Pungwe and Save Watercourses Commission (BUPUSACOM).
The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Maputo invites not-for-profit organizations or consortia of organizations, who are interested in preparing and managing the Transboundary Water Management Programme, to submit a Proposal. Interested organizations can request the Call for Proposals through sending an email to: MAP@minbuza.nl with the subject: Transboundary Water Management Programme 2025.

Due to the overwhelming response to our call for proposals for the Transboundary Water Management Programme 2025, please be advised that the Netherlands Embassy in Maputo will start the process with a pre-selection through a “Call for Concept Notes”.
Interested organisations may request for the call for the concept notes until (and including) Friday 16 May 2025.
The organisations that have already contacted the Embassy will automatically receive the call for the concept note.
